how can I put more Display Pictures for MSN messenger without doing it the normal way?

I have a program and when I click the change picture thing it comes up with it's on display picture settings but it's a piece of crap..I cannot just close the program because nothing happens if i click the button and the program is closed..I dont want to uninstall the program because it has some cool features
