How do i get my msn messenger display picture animated or to move?

on some sites that have msn display pics some of them move and change. it says just click save picture as and then put it onto msn. i do that lyk a normal picture but it doesnt move. plz help me

2. when you go on msn in the corner their should be a green person in the right hand corner. you have to click on it and then you have to choose open messenger. (but remember you do have to be logged in first) where it says file next to it their will be another box called tools. click on it and the go on change display picture. after doing that a box will come up with some pictures, if you dont like them you will see a box with the name (browse), click on it then look to see if you have any pictures in your folder and click on one of them the click ok. it will then be applied onto your msn.
