How can i create an animated MSN display picture?

im not talking on finding them ready made.. (for example dynamic display pictures) i want to made one for my one, but animated.. i searched and searched but i ended up with no results :(. if any one can help me tell me please

3. go 2 programme files in 'c' Drive.open msn folder.find out the pic u want 2 animate. ccopy nd paste at desktop.open power point and make sildshow nd or micromedia flash player.after that replace the file with the file in c drive. if u do it successfully u will find that MSN picture has become animated.
4. You could use a program called Easy GIF animator It's easy to download free from some sites
