Did anyone watch Comedy Store a few nights ago, by any chance? It was on at around 2am? There was one of the comedians on there talking about his wife and when they had sex. My friend and i thought it was really funny and we wanted to know if anyone knows his name - tried google but couldn't find it - thanks.

Comedy with pet store fire? I saw this movie a long time ago. I vaguely remember it. I am pretty sure it was a comedy. But I remember the person who was saving the animals running in and freeing the pets... and then came running out with a handful of snakes and passed out outside. He kept running past the snakes in the store until they were all that was left... any ideas?
Could you recommend a comedy show or place in Vegas? I have a convention I have to attend in 3 weeks with a mix age of employees, so comedy seems like the safest thing to take everyone to for an evening out. Can't do one that is all about sex, that wouldn't fit for this crowd. Has anyone been to the comedy stores lately in Vegas that you could recommend one?

What's the BBC show from the 70's involving a retail clothing store? There was a show that I used to love watching on PBS here in America, but for the life of me I cannot remember, or find any information about, online. It took place in a retail clothing store, it was a comedy, and I remember there being a funny and flamboyant man who worked there.
What is the room filled with crates that celebrities are stored in on comedy cartoons? On shows such as Family Guy and Robot Chicken, there have been celebrity jokes. For one reason or another, the celebrities turn out to be evil, and at the end of the show, they are seen being rolled away in a wooden crate with a huge warehouse type room filled with millions of wooden crates similar to the one the celebrity is stored in. In Family Guy, this happens to James Woods. In Robot Chicken, I believe it has happened numerous times. So where does this running gag come from?? ^_^
Need the title to a dark comedy film about a plane crash? I'm looking for what I think is a British dark comedy. I saw it in a movie rental store and for don't remember much about the synopsis, but really want to see it. I know it had won many film festival awards. I know it involves a plane crash, then the survivors travel around afterwards. The title may be a flight number or the name of an airline. Sorry to be so vague!
What is the name of this Christmas comedy special? I saw a comedy special awhile ago, it might have been in black and white and it was about a guy who was in a department store shopping for christmas and I know part of it was him getting a gift rewrapped and annoying the clerk behind the counter and at the end the clerk ends up shooting himself.
Do you know the name of this Black and white Comedy movie? There is this black and white movie a comedy I watched on Turner Classic Network. The storyline is a girl is mistaken for being the mother of a baby that she found. Nobody believes that it is not her kid, she is given a job at a department store. That is all I remember about it but I would like to see it again. They made a remake starring I believe Doris Day.
Where did you get tickets for Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow? Which website did you go to for tickets to the Roadshow? And also, did you have to pay for them (like a proper comedy gig) or were they handed out free (to make up a studio audience on a site like Applause Store)? Could someone let me know if you have been to the show, where you got the tickets and how much they were?
I'm looking for a movie with killing people in a convenient store? In the beginning 5 people were held hostage in a convenient store for some kind of experiment and 2 people survive from it, and then the rest of the movie is their lives after it. I saw it on Comedy Central but it was very dark and wasn't funny. I think there were numbers in the title.
What Are Some Good Scary And/Or Comedy Movies? Okay, I've been searching for a while and I still haven't found enough scary or comedy movies. I need the movies to be PG-13. The scary movies can't be bloody, gorey, or too scary. I'd prefer any newer movies? Like within the 2000's? Not too new though (just bc of the movie store were renting from). And I'd prefer the comedy movies to be comedy, not romance comedy. Scary Comedy is good too!
How to clean urine from hardwood floors? I have dark hardwood floors, they looked varnished over.. so I can mop them rather well. I moved a piece of furniture and realized my dog had peed there and there was a big dark stain that I can't get out now. Im curious how can I remove this stain.. there isnt a smell but the dark spot is obvious if you were looking in that direction. Please help, I don't want to lose my deposit.. anything I can do make it less noticeable if I can't remove it completely? Serious question... save the jokes for the Comedy Store!

What was the name of the comedy/fantasy action tv series? It was a fantasy Sci-fi show with a two partners (A woman and a man) fighting unnatural creatures and the like from under a dry cleaning store. It wasn't serious at all. The premise was that the girl was a cop and witnessed a monster, when nobody believed her she was recruited to a special branch of the police. They also had a troll or a gnome helping them (midget). One of the episodes they where fighting a mummy or something like that.
I'm a young actor. How do I find an agent/agency to sign me? I'm a 20 year old actor who has performed in a TON of plays within the community and have now gotten into Stand-Up comedy; both have been extremely rewarding and successful. I've performed at the Ice House, The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, and i know I have what it takes. But what do I actually have to do (the steps) to find an agent that's right for me and/or find an agent who WANTS TO SIGN ME?!
Can anyone help me find the name of this old kiddie comedy? Saw this movie a long time ago, back in my childhood. Movie is about a bunch of animals (All purchased from the same pet store I think.) They are all aliens or monsters or something and they can turn to and from regular animals and weird mutant alien forms. It wasn't a horror it was a kids movie. Unfortunately I cant remember anything else (like story or characters or actors). Any one vaguely remember anything like this? It's relatively old I think it's from the 80's but could be just as easily from the 90's.
Its a comedy zombie movie about a boy that takes a bullet for a chick he has a crush on.? He comes back as a flesh eating zombie. Hes in high school and becomes popular and ends up taking the hot chick to the prom. He does all this as a zombie. He has parts of him falling off at the end and dies at the prom. But he was only dreaming and it replays the hold up at the store at the end. But he lives. Its from the mid to late 80's or early 90's.
Is there such thing as a fantasy broker? I've stumbled across various articles on the subject of fantasy/dream come true brokers. People who's job it is to grant someone there wish of a lifetime, whether it be performing a stand up gig at the comedy store, sitting in the dugout at a football game etc. I'm really interested in whether there are people out there in this line of business, or whether its something of an urban myth? Any leads most appreciated
What are some new good Comedy Movies? What are some new (2008) good comedy movies.. out at the video store and at the movies.... prefabbly one with a torrent avadibal frm mininova..ect, but any is also good
Name of 80s movie about Salem Witch Trials. It was a comedy? This was a movie from the 80s. It was a comedy about this lady that was a witch. The witch trials were going on. So everyone thought everyone else was a witch. She would cast spells on other people, so other people would think they were witches. The whole town thought everyone was a witch. There was a scene where a lady owned a bakery. There were people in the store looking at the ginger bread men. To make them think that the lady was a witch, the witch cast a spell where the ginger bread men got erections. For some reason that is the part of the movie I remember.
Hollywood: Still out of movie ideas? How abotu another black-guy-meets-white-guy comedy? Am I the only one who would rather be shot in the face than see another black-guy meets white-guy comedy? It seems like every other month Hollywood blows its load on another one of these black-meets-white crap-a-thons. The plot usually boils down to: -There is a terrorist organization / Kingpin / Evil Rabbi who is planning to blow-up a yacht full of nuns / assassinate a congressman / conspire with aliens and the only people in the universe who can stop them are a rich, upper-class white cop and a sassy black detective with street smarts. -They team up due to uncontrollable circumstances and find themselves in many awkward but hilarious situations. For example, there's always the scene where the two cops are in the same car and one of them starts to listen to either rap or country, and the other one has culture shock and acts as if they've never heard of AN ENTIRE GENRE OF POPULAR MUSIC BEFORE. They fiddle around with the radio back and forth and slap each others' hands like a couple of patsies until they finally either break the radio or turn it off. -There's always a solid 15 minutes devoted to what can best be described as cultural show-and-tell where the two cops teach each other how things are done their own respective ways. A typical scene would be to have the white guy trying to pick a lock and the black guy uses his street smarts to bust the door open. There's always some dumbass in the audience who laughs during this part which pisses me off. -The chase scene where they come oh-so-close to capturing the bad guy, but conveniently lose him at the 40 minute mark so they have another 45 minutes to jerk us around with depressing filler about the characters' backgrounds. The black guy always has a girlfriend or wife who is killed, and then the audience is expected to overlook all the stereotypes built into the character and say "woah this character is pretty deep." The white guy gains a new perspective and respect for his urban partner. -THEN SOMETHING OR SOMEONE SUDDENLY EXPLODES TO INTERRUPT THE SCENE BECAUSE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO TRANSITION INTO ANYTHING MEANINGFUL SINCE THEY'VE COMPLETELY LOST THE AUDIENCE AT THIS POINT. -15 minutes left in the movie, they start to drop hints about where the final showdown will take place, which is unnecessary because it's always in an abandoned warehouse or a steel mill, or an abandoned warehouse inside a steel mill. -Bad guy gets killed, but not before wounding the black cop in the shoulder and the white cop in the leg. Just as the bad guy has his dying breath, the entire police force / CIA / swat team arrives to clean up and "take over from here." With 5 minutes left in the movie, the two characters reflect on what a great team they make despite their obvious differences, and they end with some patronizing message about black people being able to get along with white people in typical GI Joe "today's-lesson" fashion. The movie fades as they show the white cop dancing to rap music to symbolize his new cultural understanding. I feel sorry for the actors who are all usually very talented, but somehow got sucked into doing another cliched cop movie. Possibly the only thing worse than black-guy-meets-white-guy movies are east-meets-west movies. Replace every black stereotype with an asian stereotype and you have your typical kung-fu action comedy. They sometimes try to market these movies as "suspense thrillers." What the hell is a suspense thriller? When you go to the rental store, do you ever say to yourself "I'm in the mood for a suspense thriller?" No, because if you did you'd look like an *******. It's one of those bullshit buzz phrases marketing people use to hype up a movie so gullible suckers like you will see it. Any movie that contains any of the following phrases during the previews is bullshit: -Suspense Thriller -Psychological Thriller -Feel good -Romantic -Heart-warming -Powerful -Coming of age drama -One of the best movies this year How can a movie be "one of the best"? There's only one "best" movie, so saying something is "one of the best" is stupid and doesn't make sense. Technically any movie that's not the worst could be considered "one of the best." Imagine that, another empty phrase used by marketing people. I want to punch someone in the throat.

Looking for a comedy movie title. All I remember of it is a guy swinging nun-chuks outside a 7-11.? I can't remember the title or plot, but I think there's something in it regarding two young girls & collecting old vinyl records? The guy is a "redneck" with a mullet in a tank-top. Has anybody ever seen a ghost in Los Angeles? Not the popular ones like Queen Mary but "real" ghosts in L.A? A few of us would like to start researching places to start ghosttracking. We would like to find new places to search. Everybody knows about The Comedy Store and The Biltmore. But what about other places. Does anyone know or work at a haunted spot where they actually saw or heard something? I'm not talking legends, I'm talking real sightings. Let me know if you guys think of anything and we'll investigate and keep everybody posted. Thanks everybody!
Where can I find the DVD or VHS tape of the stand up comedy show of Sinbad, titled Brain Damaged? Where can find and purchase the DVD or VHS tape of the stand up comedy show called Brain Damaged by Sinbad the comedian? I've searched the internet for the past two years with negative results and I've also sent emails to HBO and Comedy Central, but did not get an answer. I've also used all the major search engines and search auctions (i.e. ebay, amazon, specialty stores etc...). The show was held at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA between 1989 and 1991 and I heard it's been shown on HBO a few times.
Are there any reports of the Best Western Sunset Plaza Hotel on Sunset in L.A. being haunted? A few years ago I stayed in a room at the Sunset Plaza Hotel. It was at the back of the hotel, and had a huge balcony. It was a nice room, but I felt very unsettled in it. I felt I kept seeing fast movement in the room out of the corner of my eye, but on closer inspection I could find nothing that seemed out of place. I felt so uncomfortable in the shower that I bathed with the shower curtain open, and even then, I felt like I was seeing things move in the mirror. I know nearby locations, like The Comedy Store, have reported strange activity, but what about this hotel?
Movie where guy proposes in a jewelry store? In what romantic comedy does a guy lead a girl into a dark room, has the lights come up to reveal they are in a jewelry store, then propose to her? It was parodied in a movie, and I don't know which movie they were parodying. Thanks!
Can someone give me a detailed explaination on how Comedy Central chooses and displays their ads? Here is the URL of the website that I am interested in: http://www.comedycentral.com/motherload/ You may have to use Firefox plugins: Tamper, Firebug, or Wireshark to find out this information, unless you already know. I wanted to know: 1. How the video is called? 2. What type of programming language they are using? 3. Where the videos are stored? Or any pertinent information about their advertisements.

Old MTV british Comedy series about a weird little town in the UK? I only remember parts of it but there was a man and his ugly wife that ran a general store and they were always in to kinky stuff. It seems like there was also something going on with the utility workers. I believe it came out before Strangers With Candy. It was a very odd show.
Can you guess the comedy these quotes are from? Yes - there are 10 of them. Yes - some of them you may not know. No - I have nothing better to do with my time. The following quotes are from some of my favorite comedies. If you can't guess the movie, at least have a laugh. 1-“You take yourself out of the game, you start talking about puppy dogs and ice cream and of course it's going to end up on the friendship tip.” 2 –“Oh-ho! Hans! A fine Christian name. Hans Christian Anderson! What are you, Catholic?’ 3-“Yo, I gotta have sex tonight! I mean peep this - They say here ninety-two percent of the honeys at UCLA are sexually active. Ninety-two of the women in Los Angeles at UCLA walking around going, "Class... or sex? What shall I do?" Ninety-two percent, yo! Hey, you know what that means?” 4-“True love is hard to find, sometimes you think you have true love and then you catch the early flight home from San Diego and a couple of nude people jump out of your bathroom blindfolded like a goddamn magic show ready to double team your girlfriend...” 5-“I'm not even supposed to be here. I'm just "Crewman Number Six." I'm expendable. I'm the guy in the episode who dies to prove how serious the situation is. I've gotta get outta here!” 6-“Excuse me. The hooker and I went back to my place and from there... God, it was just a blur of intravenous drug abuse and unprotected sex, while taking the Lord's name in vain.” 7-“I gotta tell you something. I'm really excited about it. Uh, for the first time, today, I woke up, I came to the store, and I - I feel confident to say to you that if you don't take this Michael McDonald DVD - that you've been playing for two years straight - off, I'm going to kill everyone in the store and put a bullet in my brain!” 8-“Take car. Go to mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?” 9-“Wise choice. You guys might have wanted to stay away from our special sauce tonight. Me and Pookie, we added a secret ingredient. I'll give you a hint. It's semen.” 10-“You met a “cool guy" on the Internet. This is how these sexual predators work. First he's gonna want to arrange a meeting, then he's gonna kidnap you in the back of his van, then he's gonna make a wind chime out of your genitals.”
