How can i view private myspace pictures? my friend told me that she found a myspace with pictures of me on it, although, i've never met the person who supposedly has these pictures. but when she tried to show me, they put their profile on private, and now i have no way of seeing if she still has those pictures. i dont want to hack into her myspace, i just want to be able to view her pictures to see if my photos are still there. if anyone could help, i'd really appreciate it

How do I delete picture comments I left on someones private myspace profile? I have this ex-girlfriend and I left myspace picture comments with statements like "you are so beautiful". Is it illegal for me to have pictures of a child on myspace when I only have permission from one parent? I recently took pictures of my fiance's daughter, and posted them on my private myspace page. He (her father) was present when I took them(he was even in some of them) and he later gave me written permission to post them. His ex (his daughter's mother) somehow viewed my private profile and private pictures (and some of my friends profiles too), and wrote me a nasty letter saying it was illegal for me to have them because I didn't have her permission. My fiance and his ex have joint legal custody of their daugther. She is now taking me to court claiming that I am the stalker and that she needs a restraining order to protect her self and her child from me. I just need to know if she has any ground to stand on and if I will still be allowed to see my fiance's little girl. She also served my fiance with court papers, claiming that he could not post pictures of his own child on his own myspace. I just don't think it's right of her to be doing this. They have JOINT custody. She does not OWN the child. Why is she allowed to have pictures and no one else is? She also won't let my fiance have his visitation until we all go to court. He has done nothing wrong, and neither have I. We just took a few little pictures for scrap books and our myspace profiles for our friends and family to view. The profiles are set to private so it's not like predictors can hunt her down or anything. It doesn't say anything about her except that she is his little girl. This woman even created a fake myspace profile so she could read my private blogs and view my private pictures. I did , by the way, take everything down about her child. I feel very violated.
